To make a booking
For normal public opening days, contact the Education Co-ordinator, Jessica Harrington, at least one week before on 3211-7052 or Mobile 0401 532 073. For other days, please make contact at least a fortnight in advance.
At that time you can discuss which of our educational activities you would like included in your tour and decide on an appropriate timetable. You should plan to spend at least one hour in the Museum. In preparation for your class visit, a “pre visit” test is available for students on our website should you wish your students to complete it beforehand.
Teachers who wish to avail themselves of a free pre-visit familiarization tour should contact the Education Co-ordinator to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Please note the following -
1. No food or drink allowed in the Museum – there is a food hall in the MacArthur Chambers complex adjacent to the Museum. Bags to be left at reception.
2. No writing on the heritage MacArthur planning table, to prevent damage to this valuable artifact. Students should bring clipboards or notebooks if they will be doing written work.
3. All mobile phones and other electronic devices are to be turned off.
We look forward to your booking.
